These terms apply to the Qualified Solution Services website and early-stage service enquiries. Qualified Solution Services is operated in Victoria, Australia under ABN 19 882 465 141.

Website information

Information on this website is general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, clinical, accounting, migration, or other regulated professional advice. QSS does not promise that any general example, workflow suggestion, or AI-assisted output will suit your circumstances unless that work is specifically scoped and reviewed for your project.

Quotes and paid work

Published prices are indicative starting prices in Australian dollars. Final scope, price, timing, deliverables, assumptions, privacy handling, AI-assisted processing, and payment terms are confirmed before paid work begins. QSS may decline work that is outside capability, unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for AI-assisted handling.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where QSS provides a remedy, the remedy will be handled consistently with those non-excludable rights.

Client material and sensitive information

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share material with QSS. Do not send passwords, credentials, private client records, health information, financial records, or other sensitive material unless QSS has agreed suitable handling arrangements first.

AI-assisted processing

QSS is an AI-forward business. AI systems may assist with triage, quoting, drafting, summarising, analysis, workflow planning, service delivery, quality review, and record preparation. Human review remains part of the service, but you should review final outputs before relying on them or sending them to others.

Marketing messages

QSS does not currently operate an email newsletter. If QSS sends commercial electronic messages in future, those messages will identify QSS and include a practical way to opt out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
